Returns Policy – ​​NeonSignz

1. Returning standard webshop products

At NeonSignz, only standard webshop products can be returned.
Custom neon signs, personalized designs, and orders based on quotes are not covered by the right of withdrawal and therefore cannot be returned.

The following conditions apply to returnable products:

• A return notification must be submitted to us within 30 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be returned to us in its original packaging , unused and in new condition .

• The costs and organization of the return shipment are at the expense of the customer .

After receiving and checking the return shipment, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Approved returns will be credited as a voucher towards a future purchase.
Please note: Shipping costs are not refunded .

2. Warranty & defects

For standard webshop items (i.e. no custom neon signs), warranty claims can be submitted within 30 days of receipt.

The following applies to warranty claims:

• The customer will return the product at his/her own expense.

• After assessment and approval of the warranty claim, we will reimburse these shipping costs.

• NeonSignz typically processes warranty claims within 7 business days of receiving your return shipment.

Once a warranty claim is approved, the customer can choose from:

a) refund via the original payment method
b) a store credit for the same amount
c) a replacement item (if available)

3. Custom orders

All custom neon signs are produced specifically to order.
Because these products are personalized, they cannot be returned, modified, or canceled once production has started.
